Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a motivated Junior Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance team.

At ServPRO, we combine the close collaboration of a boutique firm with the structure, discipline and quality standards of a Mini Big-4 environment. As a Junior Auditor, you will gain practical exposure to statutory audits, financial reporting and regulatory compliance, working with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.

This role is ideal for a graduate or entry-level professional who wants to build strong technical foundations, develop critical thinking skills and grow within a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of statutory audits in accordance with ISA
  • Participate in audit fieldwork and testing procedures
  • Prepare working papers and audit documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Perform analytical procedures and reconciliations
  • Liaise with clients to obtain audit evidence and supporting documentation
  • Support senior team members with various assurance-related assignments

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Strong interest in audit and assurance
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of IFRS and ISA will be considered an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Professional attitude and eagerness to learn
