Temporary Tax Assessment — Companies & Self-Employed (Tax Year 2026)


Cyprus tax resident companies and self-employed individuals may be required to submit a Temporary Tax Assessment estimating their taxable income for the 2026 tax year.


Individual Income Tax Return (Tax Year 2025)


The electronic submission of the 2025 Individual Income Tax Return is now open through the Cyprus Tax Department.

In general, a tax return must be submitted by employees, pensioners and self-employed individuals whose gross annual income exceeded €19,500 during 2025.

Deadline                  Requirement

31 October 2026    Submission of the Individual Income Tax Return and payment of any tax due

⚠ Late submission may result in administrative penalties together with any applicable interest and charges.
