Role Overview
ServPRO is seeking to recruit a capable and experienced Senior Auditor to join our growing Audit & Assurance team.
We operate with the agility and personal approach of a boutique firm, while maintaining the structure, discipline and technical standards of a Mini Big-4 environment. As a Senior Auditor, you will take ownership of audit engagements, supervise junior team members and contribute to maintaining the high-quality standards that define our firm.
This position is ideal for a professional who is technically strong, organised and ready to step into a role with increased responsibility, client interaction and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and finalise statutory audit engagements in accordance with ISA
- Prepare and review audit working papers and documentation
- Review and assist in the preparation of financial statements under IFRS
- Identify audit risks and propose practical, value-added recommendations
- Supervise, mentor and review the work of junior team members
- Communicate directly with clients regarding audit issues and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with internal quality control and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodology
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Partly or fully qualified ACCA / ACA (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience within a professional services firm
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA
- Experience in leading audit assignments and supervising staff
- Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Professional, proactive and client-oriented mindset
